Operator subscriptions are paid in advance. They auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failed payments may result in portal suspension. Fees are non-refundable after portal activation.

Operators are responsible for the content, products, and services listed on their portal. You may not sell illegal items or infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Platform Use

You may not use the Service to transmit malware, engage in fraud, or conduct unauthorized activities.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for ToS violations, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
